Peloton Ad Campaign

For my Advertising Copyrighting class, for our midterm, we were assigned to pick a brand of our liking and create 3 advertisements (2 print ads, 1 OOH/out of the box). The ads had to be under one large campaign, all correlated and with different headlines. I chose to work with Peloton and focus on promoting its software and hardware together. With guidance from my professor, I dialed in on the specific USP that Peloton brings home workout class experiences straight to your home.

I started by digging deep into the USP and relating it to consumer insights I found through desktop research and casual interviews with avid workout class consumers. One thing I observed (and could relate to) was that most consumers have a love/hate relationship with group workout classes. So I asked several people what they hate the most about group workout classes and that inspired the campaign. The overarching campaign tagline was: "Destroying Gyms Since 2012". You can find four variations of print ads above and a mockup/explanation for the OOH ad below.
